Woke up at 8AM, went to BK for breakfast.
Worked the turnpike from 11:30AM to 5PM.
Ate at BK, trying to stick to the $1 side salad with ranch dressing. I want to lose some weight.
My body feels stronger, most likely from walking and biking.
Read a SW book (i'm going through quite a few it seems) until 9:30PM then left BK.
Went home, listened to the radio a bit and then went to sleep.
